in the nutritional and biotech industries, today has announced the addition of
Jim Spradling as acting President and COO. Jim has joined the company as a
consultant in the capacity of acting President and COO and will formally become
President and COO after completion of a proposed financing for the company.
Jim has a distinguished professional track record with over 32
years executive management experience at Raychem. Jim joined Raychem when
it was under $10 million in revenues and left as Senior Vice President when the
company had grown to over $1.6 billion. Jim had P & L responsibility
for a $400 million sector. During his tenure at Raychem, Jim directed the
corporate technical center and established and managed several international
operations and joint ventures. No stranger to technology and
entrepreneurial endeavors, Jim said, "I believe Sepragen has a tremendous
technology portfolio, a dedicated team and significant growing market
