HAYWARD, CA, April 29, 1998 – Sepragen Corporation (OTC BB:
SPGNU, SPGNA, SPGNW) announced that it has
signed a distribution agreement with Bodman Industries. This exclusive distribution
agreement will cover all of Sepragen's downstream processing purification products for
cost effective biopharmaceutical production. "This strategic alliance with Bodman
will result in an increased presence of our biotech product lines", said Sanjeev
Saxena, Vice President of sales and marketing at Sepragen. Bodman Industries currently
reports sales between 7 and 8 million and expects separation products to compliment and
augment their current product lines.
