Sepragen Announces Biomedical Resources International, Inc. as New East Coast Representative

Hayward, CA, May 15, 2006 -- Sepragen Corporation (OTC BB: SPGNA.PK), a provider of patented technology and equipment for purification needs in the biotech and nutraceutical industries, today announced the addition of Biomedical Resources International, Inc. (BRI), based in Northboro, MA, to its direct marketing channel. Under the agreement signed between the two parties, BRI will represent Sepragen in the North-eastern territory of MA, CT, NY, RI, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA and NC and sell, service and support Sepragen branded QuantaSep Chromatography Instrument products and Superflo® Radial Flow Columns, focused on the growing biotech market.

BRI is an established distributor of products for the bioprocess markets representing several other companies with complementary products in the above territory. BRI’s president, Alan Opper, said of the equipment, “We are excited about being able to offer Sepragen products to our customers. They are unique and well differentiated and bring value to our bio-processing customers in terms of scalability and throughput.”

Some of Sepragen products are also marketed by Pall Corporation and sold under the Pall Life Sciences brand, as previously announced.
