telephone number else Sepragen will use its shippers)

Note: Written confirmation is required for orders over $1,000.
Confirming orders should be clearly marked "CONFIRMING -- DO NOT
DUPLICATE", to avoid duplicate shipments
Terms of sale
The minimum order is $50.00. Prices are subject to change without
notice. Finance charges at 18% APR are assessed on late
payments. All shipments are made F.O.B. San Leandro,
California. All freight, packaging charges and applicable taxes are
prepaid by Sepragen Corporation and added to the invoice or sent freight
collect. For orders over $20,000, a partial prepayment may be
required. For international orders, all orders over $20,000 will
need to be issued with a non-revocable letter of credit to be received
within 1 week of order placement.
Warranty and Conditions All QuantaSep®'s are backed by
Sepragen's one year limited warranty. Preventative maintenance and
Total maintenance service is provided at additional cost. Validation
support packages are also available.
All Columns are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for
a period of 90 days and instrumentation for a period of 1 year after
shipment.
Sepragen's liability will be limited to repair or replacement of defective
product or part. In no event will Sepragen be liable for
consequential damage arising from the use of the products described
herein. Returns Policy All returns require a Returns Goods
Authorization number that must be obtained by calling Sepragen's customer
service department within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Sepragen will not issue credit on unauthorized returns. Returns due
to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Claims for
Damaged or Lost Shipments Packages delivered showing evidence of
damage should be refused from carrier with instructions to return the
shipment to Sepragen Corporation. Sepragen must be notified within 5
business days of this action to file appropriate claims with the carrier. If
there is an error in the shipment, any concealed damage or non-delivery of
the shipment, contact Sepragen within 10 working days of the shipment or
scheduled shipment date. Custom Orders Please contact
Sepragen for quotation on custom instruments or column sizes and
