 The Wedge column offers you the advantages of scaleable Radial Flow for preparatory
chromatography. The revolutionary design of the column allows accurate simulation of large
Radial columns, for predictable scale-up as well as scale-down studies. Preparatory scale
separations can be carried out using commonly available low pressure media, as well as
medium-particle HPLC media. To scale up, simply use a larger Wedge column and increase
sample size and flow rate proportionately.
